About
Andrew Hills, a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience in Australia’s Employment Services industry, is the founder of the Australian Employment Services Collective (AUSESC). Recognising a critical gap in the sector—the diminishing depth of expertise and institutional knowledge needed to manage complex and evolving contracts—Andrew established AUSESC to address this challenge. He has reached out to trusted specialists who share his values of ethics, passion, and experience, delivering end-to-end solutions that empower providers to overcome challenges and achieve lasting results.
Andrew’s career spans both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, marked by a steadfast commitment to improving provider performance and delivering impactful services to communities. He has served on the boards of two peak industry bodies, NESA and DEA, and currently leads as Chairperson of The Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) Australia Board.
